The Ghia in the bottom right is still about...I caught it at Prept last year. For those that don't know, those SM-esque large diameter rims aren't the only mods...it's actually Cosworth powered. Front engine, rear wheel drive. I wondered where that ended up, nice to see it still around and looking great. Built by Wayne Saunders who went on to have the Worlds Faster YB in the Probe and later Focus drag cars. The 300E is also still around. last time I saw it it was red with silver flames.

The blue white wolseley 16/60 is being rebuilt buy the original owner. A friend of mine used to work for Garry Ellis and painted some parts of his moggy many years ago.

Class, I had that Zephyr on my bedroom wall for years... I probably still have the remains of that issue somewhere. Great to know it's still about, though I'm not too keen on the purple

Pete Sparrow's Ami Super was featured - along with another 2CVGB member's Ami Super van - some time in the late 90s... It subsequently went through several paint jobs, gained a water-cooled Alfa flat-four, was exported to France (or Spain, maybe), where it rotted out. The shell was scrapped but the mechanicals live on somewhere. The van survives, in poor condition.

Either of the airplane canopy-based customs made by a guy that lived near me in Southampton. Worked for the Ordnance Survey and regularly drove them to work. I can only find one pic, I'm sure they were called G-Whiz and G-Whiz 2, but because of that awful electric quadracycle, I cant find anything on Google search.

These two first got me into custom cars and hot rods, I think they were built by the same guy (Gary-somethingorother?) and as an impressionable youngster I saw the A35 van, then later the chopped Consul rolling around Southampton.
