Citroen ZX Turbo diesel with the 1.9 turbo diesel XUD engine, which has the veg oil friendly fuel pump.
I took this car in part exhange against I car I was selling and developed a running problem on the way home (intermitantly conking out). I got it going again by re-priming the filter using the primer bulb but it ran a bit lumpy and would require the system to be re-primed before it would go again. I changed the fuel filter and noticed a bit of diesel leaking out the bottom of the filter. I've sealed it using some liquid gasket and it's running great now but I don't know how long this will last for (it could be for ever, it could give up when you're driving it home) so SPARES or REPAIRS as I don't want any come back if it does conk out.
It can be fixed permantly pretty easily by dismantling the fuel filter and fitting a new O ring but frankly I can't be bothered and need it out the way.
The good bits are the car is very clean for it's age. It's surprisingly rapid, drives really nicely and does great mpg. There's a decent CD player, stereo fitted, It has central locking, electric windows and an electric sunroof.
It's a bit lumpy when it starts up from cold (it still smells a bit like chips so other than making me feel hungry I recon the veg oil is still working it's way out the system).
When I got it the washers didn't work , which I've expertly* fixed to a manor.
I'd add some money for something suitable unsuitable if you want to PX.
