Hi Got these 16 inch steels from eBay (link below) presuming they were 15 and been listed wrong, but they are 16's which is great but now I need two more and have not been able to track them down. pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=121327627253Seller suggested primera or Almera but everything in this size I've found is five stud. Any ideas anyone? Thanks |

I think that's a library picture. If you look at the details, you get the following: Brand : Steel Wheels Model : 9735 Diameter : 6.5x16 Bolt Pattern : 5x114.3 Offset : 40 Colour : Black Nissan wouldn't make a car with 5 stud fitment then change the whole hub set-up to 4 stud just for steel wheels. I had a chat with Sam (TheSam) about this last night and he's never heard of any Almera or Primera coming on 16" steels in anything other than 5 stud. He is pretty obsessive (worryingly so) about his Nissans from this era but hasn't come across this fitment before and reckons it must be from another manufacturer? He's not saying 'never', he's just saying he's never seen or heard of any. He's worked on these cars for years. |

point taken, but my 94 Micra has the same wheels, only in 13inch, they are definitely Nissan, I tried looking at Older Nissan/Datsun first as I thought maybe Bluebird etc, my search lead me to that page.
sorry for the confusion I was just trying to give a bit of help.

According to Oponeo,which is pretty much the Bible for buying steel wheels, 16 4x114.3 wheels don't have a match. www.oponeo.co.uk/steel-wheels/You're certain they are 16s, ie 17" diameter? |

Hi Thanks everyone, they are definitely 16's they still have the well used drifty tyres on! Found an eBay listing for one more tonight as primera (see below) pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=261455594921Hadn't thought about looking at the centre bore, will have a look. Also if not a nissan wheel what do we reckon? Mitsubishi, honda? As well something I just remembered is that the steel wheels have the Dunlop D sign on them which struck me as strange, is that normal?

the ad say s14 .. i don't know if this helps s14 four stud  s14 five stud  but never seen a s14 with steels |

Hmm very strange, well I'm chasing this listing on eBay and the vendor says he has a pair that are definitely 4 stud 4x114.3 in a 16 so I guess I'll see what comes of it!

Could they not be off a japanese van or pick up ? , seems the most likely source of big steel wheels .

You could ask freshandminty from around here, he has his second cube, maybe he knows of 16" steelies? But still there would be that centre bore mystery?! He used to run renault alloys in the past, which usually have a cb of 60,1, but 4x100. Maybe he had machined his wheels - or used adapters? My gen cube shares renault hubs hence the 4x100 and cb60.1 However your search results above are the gen 3 cube which are 4x114.3 but AFAIK have a centre bore of 66.1 and I don't know of 16" steels in the UK market at least. Unless the spare is a steel as the OEM alloy is 16" I'll ask on the cube club... |

Gen 3 cube (as listed above) is definitely 66.1 centre bore.
Waiting to hear if a spare was 16" but the OEM steels were 15"

Well the alleged 16's from the second eBay auction miraculously shrank to 15's whilst in the hands of the courier. Been promised a refund so the hunt is still on! For now it will have to have an ass up stance!
