Well, I had an email yesterday or the day before about it, a notification on FaceFook this morning, and I also set myself an alarm on my phone a couple of weeks ago as soon as the release date was announced. There was no way I was not gonna get my ticket today!!

We'll do that as usual on the February sale.

This was an experiment of sorts, I didn't know it would be quite so popular.

Hopefully with so many already gone it'll make the Feb sale a bit less pressured. It is really hard to strike the balance on making sure word gets out there and making sure regulars get the correct notice.

This really should be in a hill feedback tread but seeing as you've asked

It is likely we will pre-book again - we (the hill team) are considering pre-booking the whole day for 2016 but if we do that I want to do something different to run alongside the pre-booked process and that requires some planning and understanding of how the venue works (well and how we work the venue)

So what do I want to do? - Every year I get asked about single runs and get feedback from attendees that just want to do one run up the hill - tick it off a bucket list maybe? - never fully understand exactly why? But it's certainly some noise around that.....

Now we nearly got to that stage at Prescott before we moved on (well I'd worked out how I could do it and not slow things down) - it takes a couple of years at a venue before you can find a way to do it and cope with the additional workload so it's not something you can throw into the mix in the early years

So that's what I'm cooking up - pre-booking process for morning and afternoon 3 runs expected for both sessions but reduced numbers so that I can accommodate 3 batches of 30 cars with single runs in both morning and afternoon.

Now I guess the level of feedback I get here to a certain extent will clarify my thoughts on this....... Although you can never please all of the people all of the time.............

Hill climb tickets haven't been opened up yet. They will be available much nearer the event We'll put a notice up on here about them.
