Here we have a 1998, 2 owner VW Golf GTi 1.8 20v in silver with 12 months MOT
Previous owner had it since 2014, but recently just wasn't using it, and so it was stood up for a while.
Its done 113,000 miles which is genuine.
Power Steering, ABS, Alloy Wheels, Stereo, Drivers Airbag, Passenger Airbag, Side Airbags, Immobiliser, Remote Central Locking, Metallic Paint, Leather Steering Wheel, 4x Electric Windows, Electric Mirrors, Multi Function Fuel Computer, Electric Fuel Flap Release.
I've replaced the battery as the old one wouldn't hold a charge from being stood up for months.
Car does have some blemishes, its had a nudge in the front drivers corner, has various bits of peeled lacquer, interior smells musty from being stood up, two front tyres were advisories on the MOT, Electric Mirror control stalk has snapped off.
This car is totally and utterly standard, the owners it has had were simply of an age to not mess about with a car like this.
Its had in the past couple of years: A new driveshaft, new alternator and a new rear brake caliper.
There is no service history unfortunately, but we do know it has been relatively looked after. The complete cambelt kit was done at 78000 miles.
We have cleaned the interior up, and it looks much better.
The car isn't in mint condition, but its in fair condition for the age, even the drivers seat is in pretty good condition for the age.
Golf drives up and down the gears fine, no crunches or whines, its quick enough, and doesn't make any dramas about doing it.
I have the remote key, logbook and MOT.
Golf is located in Radstock which is near Bath and Bristol BA3 Postcode area.
