This is going to be the first time I can get the Goddess to a RR event so do I book a club stand or stick it in the parking? I only ask as I need approximately 14 metres for the truck and ramps to get a car on and off. Depends on if you are planning on bringing a bonkers Healey or a not quite so bonkers 2CV for the track activities Subject to a successful application of course Probably both the Healey and the Frankensnail

Probably both the Healey and the Frankensnail We will find a suitable spot for the transporter and cars ... Just fill in a form for a retro parking spot, when we release the form (hopefully today).

I've been following it on and off for a long time and on the Bedford GG groups/RLOnline. Had to sell the last GG I was involved with, 583 XUR after it dropped a valve last month. Sigh Look forward to the stand planner being live - I'm still thinking of flying in with buddies, though.

At the risk of seeming pushy, may I bump my question as it hasn't been answered and you're back from your holiday now Hotwire...
Q: how late can non-campers stay on site to enjoy the shenanigans in the evening on Saturday?
Ta = )

Oh damn it, instead of hitting 'quote' to quote myself, I hit 'edit' and merely edited my post. ^
So, in order to bump the question as I originally intended ...

Seriously though, can I ask... how late can non-campers stay on site on the Saturday evening?
It would be really good to know.

FIVE PEE-EM? FIVE?
Good lawdy, I should go for a camping ticket instead = )
I was thinking it might be a nice smooth segue into some early evening gathering/socialising, wrapping up around 9pm.
Hmmm, that leaves me with a dilemma about whether to get two day tickets or go all in with a camping ticket and take my trusty tent.
Anyway.. no worries about the slow response, I just thought I'd restate the question in case it had been lost in my signature waffling style.
=)

Yeah, I think that's probably a good idea.
Only reservations are:
1. I only live 40 minutes away and it would be a tragedy if somebody wanted to be there but couldn't because they live 300 miles away and there's no camping space available.
2. I'm coming on my own as a Billy-No-Mates and I can foresee a scenario where I end up sitting on my own in my tent with a colouring book and some crayons, feeling sorry for myself and wishing I'd just driven back home for the evening between Saturday & Sunday.
Definitely going to do both days either way, but I'll need to make my mind up about which tickets to get soon.
If I get a camping ticket though, I'd like to think it could in theory be passed on to anyone who really needs one nearer the time but couldn't get one, and I could then revert back to day tickets.
