We did have this for sale last year, but owing to everything else breaking we kept it for a while!
Ideas of wafting around like a german plutocrat? Look no further!
Sadly, we have decided to let go of our A8.
A8 2.8 sport auto - its not a quattro (badges fitted by previous owner - we have modified them so they say 'quattno' lol
Metallic blue
136k miles
Electric sunroof Electric heated seats in blue leather Electric steering column Dual zone climate DAB radio
Will come with 12 months MOT. Cambelt, aux belt and tensioner done at 124k miles. Service (inc plugs) also done along with cam cover gaskets and new power steering pipes. 2 new front tyres. Runs and drives very well and is quite chuckable for such a large car. Huge boot. Front suspension was rebuilt not long before it came to us.
Quite a lot of service history with the car, we have a stack of bills with it. Will be sad to see it go, but we aren't using it and its a pity for it to be sat around doing nothing.

Nice cars, I had a 'W' reg 2.8 Sport a few years back. Solid old motors, and a left field choice compared to the S Class and 7 Series.

I'm suffering temptation..... I did like my 4.2, but not it's drinking habits!
Any record of gearbox service work (oil change etc) in the paperwork you have? Though the 2.8 2WD doesn't have the gearbox-eating tendencies of the V8 4wd cars.
Is this one 2wd? You don't say quattro, but it looks like it has the badges front and rear?

I'll have a look at the paperwork when i get home, there is quite a stack! This one is a 2wd, although a previous owner has fitted quattro badges, which we modified to say 'quattno' I'll update the ad.

I can't see anything in the papers relating to the gearbox apart from a selctor mod done at audi. Previous cambelt was done at 77k at Camberley Audi.

We still have this as everything else broke and we ended up using it for a few months! We have a new van now, so the Audi is looking for a new home. Advert updated.
