Can we camp on the Friday evening? From www.retroridesweekender.com/faq.html .... What is the deal with camping? Standard camping is open from 3pm on Friday until Sunday, if you don't purchase a Sunday evening extension. We have a bar, food, games and the legendary auction on Saturday evening at the Super Shell building. We try and have the campsite as a laid back affair for catching up with friends, talking cars and all that good stuff.  |

Slightly disappointed here. Just realised that I will be attending a conference in Frankfurt the same weekend as the gathering. If either event had been a week earlier or a week later I could probably have found a way to attend both. Perhaps another time. Is there ever an award given out for the member who has traveled the furthest to get there? Oops, not the gathering, the weekender. I should read things better. Perhaps I'll make it another time. |

I just applied for one of the display paddocks but was wondering what happens if I'm not successful? Do I then need to apply for the normal display area or would I be automatically included in that? Just seen the email sent out this evening which answers my question 👍 |

is it possible to edit the number of expected cars on the club stand at a later date? I'm organising a stand for an insta page and havnt got set numbers yet. thanks in advance
