Where have the pictures gone when uploading?
They don't show when using BBCode or Preview method they appear when using the Add pictures button and seam of but after clicking create post the pictures disappear.
I do not use an image hosting site, I upload direct to the server.
I don't know if this has an bearing on this problem or cause but there was an update to Adobe Flash this morning.
Any help with this problem appreciated.

The uploader has always been flaky (or non-existent on the first post of a thread) but seems to work here? Created in quick reply mode, switched to full reply mode and shows in preview and BBC code. iPad though, so no adobe flash.

I don’t know how you clear cookies on proboards but that’s the next step. It’s not specifically the site loader at fault (because it’s working for others), it’s something on your system that it doesn’t like.

I only use the forum through a phone.
The only way I have found of posting pics is to post, then switch to desktop view and post again, then back to mobile view and edit the first post and add the photos, then delete the second post!
Which is why I don't stick many images up🤪

Well I have been uploading pictures directly to the server since I joined the forum back in 2017 and this is the first time I have had problems and I don't have any on any other site I only use a PC so no phone messing about, I have cleared all of the cookies from my web browser the only thing that has happened today before I wanted to post some new images was I updated Adobe flash.

It appears that yesterdays Adobe flash update screwed up the forum image up-loader script as I un-installed flash and the up-loader works now.
This maybe something the forum tech team should look into so it doesn't happen for anyone again.

I spent a bit of time a couple of weeks back attempting (AGAIN) to work out why the image uploader works on the first post for some people, but not for others, and works on reply for most people (it seems). There being an interaction with Adobe Flash is super interesting as I've not tested anything to do with that as I don't run it. I'm not 100% sure why there would be an issue though as it is unrelated, unless Flash is doing something weird with your browser.

Flash updates regularly conflict with something - luckily it’ll disappear pretty soon (I think updates cease this year).

I'm having the exact same problem both on my phone and on my laptop. I've tried different browsers and have cleared the cache but still no joy.
