With a heavy heart it's time to say goodbye to my Lada Riva 1500E.
I've enjoyed my time with it (owned twice already) but it's time to move it on to a new owner who can give it the love and attention it deserves!
It's a 1993 Lada Riva 1500E with the chain driven 1.5L petrol engine and 5 speed manual gearbox.
It's one of the best Ladas I've driven (I've had 5 in total) and has been relatively reliable in my ownership, my first drive in it was from North Wales to Central Scotland and it's been all over since.

There's 91k miles on it and the mot is until November 2020.
It's had the odd bit of welding over the years and there's rust starting to come through on various panels - a rub down and paint would probably sort a lot of it.
It is a very basic car and is based on an ancient design so it drives like a much older car, there's no power steering, ABS, traction control or airbags and the spec is also very basic with keep fit windows, no central locking etc - less to go wrong really...

Out of all of the cars I've owned this one seems to draw the most attention, if you want to be stared at constantly when out driving then this is the car for you - Bin men and workies seem to stare the most.
The driving experience is a bit agricultural but it does start, stop and go round corners fine.
It's possibly the cheapest right hand drive Riva Estate with mot for sale at the moment in the UK.
I'm looking for £1500 and it's located in Fife, Scotland.
