This Delica may need some welding to pass the MOT, it has a hole where the rear anti roll bar used to fit, the anti roll bar made a successful bid for freedom while off-roading!
However, it has passed 2 MOT's like this, so maybe it'll pass again in November?
The upper bodywork is poor, with a good set of rust holes and dents.
2 tyres will need replacement, it is MOT'ed till November, but only because of the Covid extension.
Last year the pump seals and the timing chain were done by Mark Broad (the expert!).
The engine and auto box are both very good, doesn't overheat and the kickdown works well.
A Mark Redfern lift kit has been fitted along with LR springs, the front suspension has new brakes (including a new M/C), ball joints and the last pair of new lower arms in the country (almost £400 for the arms!)!
Inside it has a T4 style conversion, with cupboards and a Rock n Roll bed, a large drawer under the bed and a detachable table.
We’re selling because we’re going to get a more mainstream motorhome, we love camping in the mountains, but age has finally caught up to us!
Spent many a happy camping where a normal campervan can't go.
I’m asking for £850 because of the conversion and the useful spares that can be harvested, or if you weld and turn a spanner, it’ll be a cheap Delica camper.
