Do you like driving slowly?
Do you like tractors?
Do you like driving with no luxuries at all in your car?
Then step this way.
This 'lovely' 1994 Rover 218D was previously owned by an older couple from new and has covered less than 34,000 miles.
When they went into the dealership 26 years ago, they must have said 'What's the crappiest, slowest car you sell, but with a funky sounding name? Enter the 'Fenlander'.
No central locking. No electric windows. No power mirrors. No electric sunroof. No turbo!
It does have power steering though, but in true Rover style, this is playing up. Luckily it just needs a belt and possibly a fluid change, should be able to get them done soon.
It has just gone through an MOT, so at least there are no worries there.
Comes with 4 spare wheels, although some of the tyres are a bit old and cracked.
Engine starts first time, hot or cold. It's an XUD9, so 69bhp of awesomeness. No, it doesn't have a bosch fuel pump, sorry.
Paintwork is shocking, lacquer peel everywhere, and a few dents. Little or no rust though.
Pictures to follow once I remember how to do them.
Car is located near Southend, Essex.
I might entertain interesting swaps/trades.
Why am I selling? I already have one tractor engined Rover, and that's quite enough...
