I'm doing a NoDiz conversion. I've got a Ford Coil pack that looks like this As fitted to 1,000 of Ford Fiesta's and Focus's from the 90's onwards. But I'm not sure what leads I need to get. I'd like to get a kit/components so I can make up exactly the right lengths. I just need a regular right angled plug cap on the other end, something akin to this. Any clues appreciated.

Why not buy a set of Ford leads and put your specicific plug cap on?

Why not buy a set of Ford leads and put your specicific plug cap on? I thought about that, but then I'm limited in where I can put the coil pack, by the length of the existing leads. There has to be a cleaner way.

when I used one on my landrover I used the OHV KA leads, they are a reasonable length, can't remember what the plug ends looked like though.

The scrapyards are full of these coilpacks. You can get the leads off a scrap car and the ends can easily be uncrimped/recrimped to new leads.
It's a Ford gen 2 coilpack. Somewhere like mrretroleads can sell you the components if you prefer. Although I thought the leads from the scrapyard were probably better quality than most of the aftermarket ones personally.

Genuine 10 year old ford leads are a better fit and quality than the majority of aftermarket stuff.

I echo the above about the leads.
The only leads I've found to be as good/better are:
-Denso ; I reckon these are rebranded Berus ; you can get these from Rock Auto -Beru ; These are about the best leads I've seen in the aftermarket.
The downside? Beru leads are crazy money, but for good reason
Years ago, a few 944 guys got sick of paying £110 for HT leads. But wow, they were an amazing fitment with a real positive 'click' which you just didn't get with other leads, including Wanknecor (this one gave a misfire I couldn't cure, well, until I binned the leads ; you couldn't really tell if they were on or not; yup, I bought them as I didn't want to spend £80 at Ford's).
Anyway, we went to Lumenition as they reckoned they could make the leads alot cheaper. When we gave them the leads, he said the core cables were fine. The connectors, he could not match on price for the quality Small wonder Porsche and Ferrari use Beru leads with the said connectors.
I wouldn't rule out making a set with decent connectors, but it can get expensive.
