Not really a what's it worth, more like what's it for. My Dad has discovered a load of these auxiliary lights in his loft and we don't know what they would have been used on, so they can be advertised. Are they a aftermarket light that people would have festooned their Cortina with in the 80's, or are they a standard part on something? Part number on the plastic shell is FT/LR22. Google has not been much help, but I thought people might recognise them on here.

Hi, They're generally an accessory light but they have been one a few makes used on Range Rover classic front spoilers as driving/fog lights.

Great, thanks. Every single car I've owned with fog lights has had one smashed or rusted through, so I'm sure someone will want them!

Lucas DX95, pretty common aftermarket lamp in the 80's. As above used as OEM on many cars made by BL.

The FT/LR22 is just the first part of the part number, there'd have been another 2 blocks of digits on the box to identify the particular type.
Probably worth £50.00 - £60.00?

Thanks. I was wondering how I tell the difference. I assumed that the shell is common to all types, they just changed the lens depending on the usage.

Nah, they were after info as to what headlamps had been used on an SD1 which were a ‘US DOT’ standard headlamp layout.
