It could be a US spec Caddy with Jetta GLi wheeltrims but I'd be willing to bet ten bob that it isn't.

Any American spec golf (or wabbit) has the wrap around indicators I believe so it doesn't have to be an American spec caddy.
Highly doubt it is either, given the mini clubman in the foreground is rhd, and the Jetta, although difficult to tell conclusively, looks to also be rhd.

Also, check out the difference on the front valances of the caddy (or golf) and the Jetta. The golfs are rounded at the bottom, and either have a small or large (GTI) plastic spoiler screwed on. The Jetta has the shape of the smaller plastic spoiler pressed in the steel panel. If you look at picture and zoom in on the front panel it appears to have this shape pressed in the panel.
