Hi, I was planning on blathering my new SuperCarry with my trusty big tin of wax oil but now I've looked underneath it's pretty good so seems a shame! Ideally I want to clean the original rust proofing up and then repair the few chipped flaky bits with something similar. Would stone chip work ? I need something brushable and white ideally just to repair the original job then something clear to go over the top if that makes any sense?

Clean rusty bits back to bare metal, treat with Built Hamber then when dry use a zinc primer. Then as said above a bed liner, then you could use a clear Dinitrol wax over the top of that.

As mentioned the most important thing is chasing back any rust that's made it's way under the original underseal. Pull the original stuff off (wire brush on the grinder is usually a good tool) treat the rust and then use a stone chip such as gravitex to re coat the areas of 'bare metal'. After this you can paint body colour if you want to and then treat with some kind of wax. People poo poo waxyol but clear waxyol is usually my go to for an average road car in that case, it's cheap and you can use copious amounts and afford to recoat every few years. Plus it's the only stuff I know of that isnt black or a horrid brown!?
As for the Raptor that can work too but I'm a little iffy just spraying it over the top of old stuff. Might be ok tho!

Ive used this stuff to good effect on my Transit van over the last 4 years or so.
Great if you don't want to or need to go back to clean metal, I've used it in the wheel arch to spot treat areas and they never get any worse, i do re-coat every autumn though. I've also used it inside the cargo area where bits of damage/chipped paint on the wheel arches have started to rust and in some of the seam, it's not pretty against the white, as the rust tends to look black, the coating it's self looks clear/honey coloured, but it was done 3 years ago, i haven't redone it, and the waxy coating is still evident when touched.
