Bentley style construction car

Having a go at making another Meccano style car styled on a Bentley blower for the Grandchildren. Not a toy just something to sit on a shelf someplace for them to look at in years to come. It's going to take time as it's winter and cold in the shed poping inside for coffee and a warm up.

Yes, it works very well on aluminium 1mm maximum thickness, its ideal for small pieces.

Spent some time making a fishtail exhaust outlet

Fixed up the front axle

I'm not entirely happy with the finished result, it's not a replica, just something a bit similar but feel I have gone as far as I need to go with this model This was a new experience painting the aluminium , also I learnt how to make the door jams with the bead roller and using a piece of old belt, the bonnet strap.
