So I need a bit of Input on a problem sale September this year I sold a set of alloy wheels via eBay to a man in France They’ve been paid for in full since then The problem I have is they’ve never been collected The last time I had contact with the buyer was October Since then I’ve messaged him through eBay many times with no reply....I can’t seem to be able to tell eBay of this problem I’m honest and just want the wheels gone there now in my way Where do I go from here???

I would just send him the money back. Definitely not going to refund the money until he responds I know it should be the way to go but he has been active on eBay so he must of read his messages?

Can't remember the duration, but after a while you can't raise a case through eBay.
Work out what that date is then I would write a message through eBay explaining that if not collected by that date you will keep the money paid as storage fees.
Once that time has expired, re-list them and move on. If they come winging, you may have to re-imburse them.

I've had this several times, always with car body panels. On each occasion I messaged the buyer [several times] asking when they'd like to collect, and never heard anything. I've always assumed that they've assumed it's something that I'd post, and missed the 'collection only' bit. If I were you, I'd have no problem re-listing once the feedback period is over, and assuming you don't hear from them - if nothing else, they should have messaged you back. I've had other times where I've sold something, and messaged the person several times to confirm something and never heard back - have ended up sending the item and not heard anything more.

It was after 60 days they can't leave feedback, so you are past that now and more than likely past refund stages - especially if it was collection only.
I would keep the money for the hassle and give the wheels away for free or relist cheaply to sell quick.

I once sold the same set of wheels to someone twice because he'd forgotten if he'd paid me even though they were on his car at the time.

yep past 60 days so i would use the £ you sold them for towards " storage costs" and "inconviencne" and relist and sell on Dan , you have proof you contacted him etc. could be worse, he could of not paid you and you be lumbered with the final sale fee to claw back of bay of E.
