This time out for our Watch Along the wonderful world of Kei Cars at the K660 Jamboree. Sure they are a bit more modern than our usual fair, but they are all super cool cult cars. Expect some Suzuki Wagon Rs, Daihatsu Miras, Esses and the odd Mighty Boy. Joined this time by Dan and for the first time Jason gets in on the watch along action. Extra bit at the end discussing importing of cars. If you fancy joining in the Kei action in the UK we were talking about tc-v.com at the end of the video. Some awesome stuff on there for not a whole load of money.

I want a Honda Today now. There were a couple of cool pickups I've not seen before as well. Maybe after my Y10 - a Kei car would definitely fit in my garage.

Really enjoying these watchalongs. I screengrabbed this from the footage....that first one would be perfect for a 'Brit Cafe Racer' in my opinion.

The Samba at 5:36 is based on the small children’s cartoon character Anpanman. Still a no from me too! The brown Esse was way cool and hoping the twin wheel, moon buggy think is a ‘thing’! Thanks for sharing (as they say in the US) and David, let’s see that bozosuko car!

I had to get this out and drive it round the yard yesterday (only because it was in the way of something else we needed to extract) - still the most hilarious thing that exists

Is this fella one of the Honda F1 engineers? It's not Toyoharu Tanabe but I'm sure I've seen him either on a podium or in with Red Bull engineers after a race win.

Is this fella one of the Honda F1 engineers? It's not Toyoharu Tanabe but I'm sure I've seen him either on a podium or in with Red Bull engineers after a race win. Apparently it's owned by Koizumi Sun (possibly Koizumi San) Koizumi seems to be a fairly common surname in Japan - the Japanese Prime Minister between 2001 and 2006 had the surname so dominating most of the google results and I don't think it's him. What I did discover as part of translating is that the custom company that organised the event make US van themed front ends / accessories for the modern Honda Vamos and other k cars / vans.... www.blow-net.co.jp/products-cars/easy-rider
