Mr HotWire Sir, I read on FB that you would be sending Club Organisers / Admins a display pass to print & pass to Members on our pre-booked stands for the Sunday. Has this happened yet as we have about 13 days to go & I have 'ancy' members! Not yet, but it'll be this week... I started sorting them out this lunch time as it happens, should do the rest this evening and be out later this week.  |

Hi I have just purchased my ticket and I'm really looking forward to this!
Just 1 question - forgive me if this sounds obvious. I did 'book' to display my car and I received an email saying the booking was submitted. Does this automatically mean I am displaying?? As I have not heard anything since??

You should have had an email this week with your windscreen pass in it. Check your junk/spam folder. We'll try resending them to people that didn't open the email over the weekend. |

It states the public get access at 09:00am.
On the Sunday can those on our stand get access earlier with their passes / tickets?

Looking at the cars that have posted they’re going on Instagram it looks like it’s going to be a good one this year (obviously it has been for the past years too) but there seems to be owners / cars going that I don’t think have been previously.
Definitely helped by the lack of events over the last year.

Apologies, another question from me! I was fortunate enough to get accepted for the Deadline Display, does this include a passenger pass as well or would they have needed to buy a standard ticket?

I’ve not seen one either, checked spam folders etc Hi I still have not got any emails. Therefore I take it I just go to the normal parking? ? Please could you let me know either way Sorry I've missed this, been bouncing all over the place this last week. Can you email weekender@retro-rides.org (even if you have before and it's not been replied to hopefully I can get to it this time). I'm about for a couple of hours in the morning and then on the road, will also have a look in the evening. We can get you sorted one way or another fear not. |

Nothing at all - unless he has a beard in which case we might question his age  Under 17's have always been free to come to RR shows - if they can't drive they should be free |
