bstardchild wins. Nothing will beat that. That is one of the most awesome things I've ever seen/ heard. Malcolm will be smiling down on those two fellas. 😃 Obviously I picked the one that worked for you - have Thunderstruck done by Luca Stricagnoli For the chill times PS it's one of my favorite tracks - I even like the Steve'n'Seagulls version ("Finish" band plays "Australian" Song in "American" Redneck style)

Besides a cover as its still visible can you put up a fence of some description. Even if its a couple of planters with a trellis panel linking them and climbing plants so it's movable. Not sure the neighbours would understand, neither would the postie,as the car is almost touching the front door

Atmo V8 Power . No slicks , No gas + No bits missing . Doing it in style. Austin A35van, very different------- but still doing it in style, going to be a funmoble

Now what were we talking about - ah yes covers
not found one close fitting one that's fit for purpose or that doesn't end up causing paint blisters during winter
I end up just washing the car on a regular basis and leaving it in the open

Always liked 2Cellos' Thunderstruck - their cover of The Trooper was a new one to me though, and that other cover of Thunderstruck is very impressive! Back on topic... I had to buy a new cover last year for my Amazon, as a neighbour's cat had kindly shredded the previous one which had been fitted due to the windscreen leaking. In the end, I bought this one, and have been pleasantly surprised by it: www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00BQ0F3IC/It fits the Amazon like a glove - the only improvement in fit would be if it had tailored pockets for the wing mirrors. As it has just a draw string hem, rather than straps running under the car, it is much easier to fit than the previous Halfords one. It's mostly watertight (not sure if it's leaks or condensation), although with all the recent rain, I did check underneath afterwards with this thread in mind and it was bone dry. However, as it billows quite nicely (never come off though, even with a few gales having come through in the time since it was fitted), whenever any moisture has got underneath it, it does seems to dry out pretty quickly. Not sure how well it would treat good paint, as mine is tired, but I haven't noticed any damage / rubbing / microblistering.
