After being listed on eBay twice, and two time wasters who can’t/won’t view, I’m dropping the price to £1500. I’m losing £450 at this price, so won’t take an offer I’m afraid.

Great history file, with loads of receipts.

Reduced to £1500
I bought this in February this year, mainly to stop it from being scrapped. It was bought with a cold start problem, and a number of other niggles that the previous owner hadn't sorted, and a very short MOT. Over the past 6 months, I've sourced the parts needed, had them all fitted and put it through an MOT.
I had a new glow plug relay fitted, and a fair bit of shoddy wiring redone, including rewiring the immobiliser so it now starts first time, every time. I managed to find a NOS bonnet release cable and handle, and had this fitted too, which is a bit of a pain in the neck of a job. Sourced a new front wiper motor, all the switches for the electric seats and the drivers window switch. In addition, the NSR suspension cylinder was leaking, and these are no longer available new. I managed to find two from used cars, after weeks of searching, so had one fitted and the other is included in the sale for the new owner as a spare. Along with 4 patches of welding to the sills and floor pan, it was then ready to pass the MOT.
It starts and drives very well. The gearbox is lovely, and the clutch is perfect so no need to worry about that job for quite some time. There's plenty of power, and it happily keeps up with modern traffic.
Being close to a 30 year old Citroen, it does have some niggles still, which most owners would understand is all part of owning such a car. The trim on the front and rear bumpers isn't nice, as per the photo. I guess this could be tidied up if you had the time, but would no doubt be easier to replace from a breaker. There's a ding on the NSR quarter, again as pictured. This is a soft ding, which a dent man could no doubt make better. I doubt it would be perfect though. The LCD screen on the dashboard, which I guess would show info such as MPG etc, doesn't work. There's a couple of bits of interior trim missing (interior door handle surround trim, door lock button on two doors), and a few small patches of very minor surface rust the the rear arches. All in all, nothing that you wouldn't expect of an old Citroen.
Happy to take as many pictures as needed, and accommodate test drives and viewing. The car owes me £1950, which is why I chose this price!
