Hi All, looking for recommendations for a good, honest independent garage for MOT and possibly future work, for my daughter's daily driver. Not a fan of the national chains or goodgarage type operators. Any advise please?

When my mum had a '65 woody mini, they used to use DP motors in Sutton road, st Albans
They understand older cars and are not a franchise ( or weren't)

I use Japex in Kings Langley for my LS400 (for the last 5 years, 60,000 miles). Japanese specialists but do most things now I think. Owned by two brothers, one ex-Lexus main dealer, one ex-Nissan. It used to be them and their mum in the front desk but they’re up to about 10 people now. They do MOTs too. www.japex.co.uk/ |

All sorted thanks, passed the info to my daughter and she went to DP motors in Sutton road, St Albans. She commented how nice they were and MOT now passed.
