Hi. Question on behalf of my dad (73 years old). Has a mk3 sceptre and a rapier fastback and is struggling with the non. Assisted steering. Any one fitted one of the kits available. I’ve looked at various sites but still not sure how they work but most of , if not all mention no rack mods are required.

Would it be worth looking into a corsa electric power steering rack?

Think of it as electric steering wheel not power rack ,

No rack mods required. As bmw2101 said it's more of an electric steering wheel. I have done two, one on my Humber Hawk and one on my friends 1939 Chrysler hot rod. They work very well. I machine and fabricate all my own parts but here's how I did mine. Starts about the bottom of the first page forum.retro-rides.org/thread/196225/1960-humber-hawk
