7 years ago I took the plunge into self employment with a passion of mine, motorsport events.We run trackdays and manage a tarmac rally stage as some of you will already know. But one of my other passions are models. I have now added a shop to our website and I have started to invest in diecast to sell through the business. So I thought I would share this new adventure with you all. I will update here with cool and interesting models as they come in.

You can view and buy models on our website. We currently stock 1:64 & 1:43 scale cars with a Race/Rally/Road theme. I have tried to stock a range of models at different price ranges, as most of you know with models you mostly get what you pay for, the higher the price the better the detail or the rarer the piece. We will sell both brand new and pre-owned items but we also buy collections too if anyone ever fancies selling.

Mini GT are one of our favourite 1:64 model makers. Produced by Truescale (TSM), they come in little cardboard boxes and are very reasonably priced when you consider the detail they offer. Unlike other 1:64 models you can remove them from their boxes without damaging the packaging. The recently released Martini Integrale is especially impressive with roll cage, spare wheel and little mud flaps too. generally the normal models RRP at around £12.99.

I do enjoy getting some loose models out in order to take promo shots. The Landcruiser and trailer are by Johnny Lightning and limited edition whilst the Datsun is from Greenlight.













Also took some promo stuff of the Greenlight 1:64 metal workshop ramps, we have a couple available on our website. All cars pictured on it are made by Mini GT.

iXO Models 1:43 Porsche 956K Twin pack. Produced to recognise the one, two that Porsche achieved in 1983 at the 1000km of the Nurburgring as well has taking the lap record at the time.

When you consider that basic Hot Wheels are now £2 a pop in Supermarkets (if they have anything...) and the special stuff £7-10, the Mini GT stuff seems to be really good value for the amount of detail.

Totally agree with you. The detail is certainly better than HW premium cars and also its nice to be able to remove them from the box without having to destroy the packaging. I have more coming in early next week
