i reckon you could do it for free. Hows about travelling to it, then makign it a non runner, and then call the AA / RAC assuming you have it, and tell them to take it home. Could cost you a one way bus ticket and assuming yu have some kind of breakdown service. Non MOTed cars are not covered by any breakdown service. First thing they check. Also non insured cars. Ask me how I know...
