Since I suffer from vertigo I rather stay away from lifted cars. Even seeing pictures of them lifts my blood pressure so the lifted road cars thread is a challenge for me. To have a cure please share Your pictures of lowered or slammed 4x4s, ATVs, buggies or whatever! I started a little gathering here:

Local content. SO WE HAVE THE REALITY vs THE DREAM vs RESULT Photoshopped by mate Fil who fetched it in Scotland for me. If we can get it this low, and a slightly shorter, tilted back screen, I will be super chuffed. And how it turned out.

That top Jeep Cherokee was a turbo charged monster built on a very tight budget. I saw it auto-x in Florida and was super impressed. It was disassembled to rebuild a windowed block iirc and has never gone back together.

On Saturday, something fell from somewhere up in the rafters and landed on my car: On a scale of great weekends......

Good morning grizz, I remember Your aim to go for that indonesian land rocket appeal and You came quite far. To get even lower if all the suspension tricks are done would be to alter the rezin body. I tried to illustrate it but my abilities are limited and I don't even like the result myself which could be achieved by simply applying some flat material to the orginal arches and sills. It would work better if the original arches were completely cut off, a new flat sidewall added and the arches put back on at a lower point, like in the last pic.

When I still lived in Europe, I was thinking about building a slammed Lada Niva. I like this one a lot. But a early Landrover ( long wheelbase closed version ) would work too, or a 1st gen Ford Bronco...

Any more info/thread on this creation? It's in NZ, down in the Hutt. I'll have a look on oldschool but yoeddynz or Kelvinator might recognise?
