Looks like a Mitsubishi logo on some of the parts. That’s three diamonds not triangles. I’ve see. That logo before on brake parts but I can’t place it.

I'd been trying to work it out as well, looks like it's the old Akebono logo As for the other markings I'm not sure, the 41 probably relates to the piston diameter

For the disc, you can search by dimensions on the brembo disc catalogue website www.bremboparts.com/europe/enThat should help narrow down the possibilities

At the end of each manufacturers section in this catalogue there is a dimensioned outline drawing of each of the manufacturers pads. Could take some time to do but you might be able to match the pads with one of these drawings and then cross reference the part number from the drawing to the vehicle model. www.brakeworld.co.uk/brakeworld/download/brak0001.pdf

How about tackling it from the other direction? Looks like the calipers have no handbrake mechanism and the disc is intended to have an internal expanding-shoe mini-drum setup. I think that fitting the mechanism to work on the drum inside the disc would be very tricky. Therefore I’d be aiming to find an alternative caliper with a handbrake mechanism that will bolt up to the existing mounts with minimal adaption. No reason why you couldn’t use the same disc though.

This is exactly what I'm trying to do thus working out what the caliper is from so I can upgrade it to a handbrake version so I can use cable again it's that or I install a hydraulic handbrake as a second option. If it helps it's a Datsun 620 and I'm using a h190 diff but the hubs on the rear have been changed to a 5 stud hub again no idea which the front brake look to be using s13 setup with 720 components but I could be wrong .

Where is truck from, as different countries would have different donor vehicles around. As you probably know, 620s are SIX STUD, so that has had at the very least the halfshaft changed , goodness knows what from. Could whole axle be from something else? (Original 620 diff has aluminium housing which is one way to confirm) Only nissan I can think of with 5 stud rear disc would be 300ZX Z31 but they are IRS. A 280C/300C also has 5 stud and rear disc and live axle but places like USA didn't get these models. I have a pair of S13 rear calipers here if you want to rule them out.

The diff I'm not sure it's a complete diff where the shafts slide inside it if that makes sense I was looking at hubs and noticed the 300zx z31 hubs match mine . But still what discs are they as they are bigger than oem 300zx Seems this has been Frankenstein together. Looking at your picture the carrier the caliper bolts to looks identical I wonder what the pads are in them as other s13 calipers look nothing like these by the carriers

(only front cast part would be aluminium) Okay, see your axle.. Looks like it used to have 4-link brackets on it, which have been cut off. Also it has a handbrake cable bracket on the back for a different design of cable to what a 620 has. Still very Japanese looking so look at cars/vans/trucks with 5 stud (Toyota CROWN also uses that 5 stud pattern)

Isn’t that the mk1/mk2 hilux axle everyone uses as an upgrade cos they’re ‘strong’ for a J axle??

I've now find out that the axel and brake set up is from a nissan Cedric 1983
Details I've got are now as follows
Rear axel diff R4 Axel hf38 Model e-py30 2wd Vl saloon y30 3.0ltr .
Even with this information I can now source discs and brakes but nothing online for replacing the drum brakes and no where to get parts .

It was sold in this country and other European countries as a Nissan 300C as the Cedric name was a little odd outside Japan. May be worth approaching the 300C owners club for leads.
