I'm back....kind of.......
Won't make it to the gathering this year as I'm currently still laid up in hospital where I have been for 17 weeks. Yes 17 weeks!!!! I had a brain aneurysm in early April caused by a disease called vasculitis and have been receiving treatment since! I am only now at a point where I can communicate with the outside world and catch up on things I've missed (I had nearly 70 hub nut videos to watch through numerous Late Brake Show videos and countless more I have to watch!!!)
It was touch and go whether I would survive early on and was out of it for weeks, but am making progress now (currently learning to walk again with a Zimmer frame). Sadly driving will be off the radar for some time but my friends have secured my Ax and Fiesta and other cars have been cared for thankfully!
What have I missed? Weekender go well? Looking forward to catching up on some threads and seeing some projects completed!

Oh my god that sounds horrendous. We're in here having fun talking about cars and outside real life is happening. 17 weeks is a long time!
So very glad you are making a recovery.
In answer to your question Weekender went very well indeed. Check out the official show video, I think it is the thing I've been proudest of.

Good luck with your recovery, I have had the same issue of a sub arachnoid aneurysm rupture. I was very lucky, and had few problems, I sincerely do wish you well, it will be a long journey. But technology and methodology have improved immensely since I had my bleed.

This is, in its own way, nice to read.
I have first hand experience of a far uglier outcome (Father had an aneurysm in 2011 and has been in full time care with permanent debilitating brain damage, not able to walk and 0 short term memory ever since.) so its very very good to hear your making a recovery!
Good luck with the recovery to you and your family!
