Bit wet here today. This is our sheep pasture. There is about an acre of flat ground under water on our property and rather more on the other side of the creek.

This is the road out. The water hasn't quite gone through our neighbour's house but there is quite a bit in his garage.

I've had two APK passes in as many days, which is unprecedented. And we've getting our driveway redone at the moment as well, so having legal cars is handy...




Only the second set of 18" Cups I've seen, if we don't include mine...

And today the water has largely receded. The creek remains high but not full. All sheep are present and correct. Now there is just the mess. Pics to follow.

And this is exactly why you don't build houses in the bottom of valleys because nature does its thing when it wants to. 😂
Has the flood water deposited any gifts or taken away anything?

Good unit week this week. Completed the last of the repairs and we started moving cars in today. Also surprisingly the Delica goes through the door with about 10" height clearance to spare even though the door hole looks tiny.

The weather is glorious today, but a partially completed driveway means I can't take the 964 out and fix that cable. I have done some painting, though. Also built up a set of RS engine mounts. The old hydraulic ones are probably fine, but I'll be doing a partial engine drop to replace the tinware, and while you're in there, y'know?

That was a proper productive weekend. Delica did a great job of towing, the VOSA checkpoint was unmanned and the weather was pretty good. Cars are just jabbed in at the moment, but 6 out of 7 are runners so won't take long to shuffle them round now.
