One of our own parked up in Howarth today. JohnRH's 245. Immaculate doesn't do it justice. I know the seven series next to it isn't really retro but it was really tidy so I didn't want it to feel left out.

Track action from Foxhall Stadium, Ipswich Saturday night, and a few drivers going old school in the slick rod class. Representing the 70s, a mk2 Escort, and the 80s a 2 door Sierra. Most of these cars are silhouettes, fibreglass bodies on space frame chassis, so to see these cars holding their own was something special.

In the same class Saturday, and quickest of the old school Fords running, this gorgeous little Anglia. The only thing missing is Barry Lee behind the wheel.

I think it was a tongue in cheek comment about the cars waiting at the lights in the bicycle zone.

I was, if you look at the photo, referring to the stereotypical bad driving of Mercedes and bmw drivers (or should that be London drivers) waiting for the light to change green whilst over the line , technically going through a red light and in the bicycle area, not on the make of cars but my sense of humour has passed you by , for that I apologise
and I type slowly sorry
