My grandad had one of those, fantastic little car, used to drive it around with my head out of the sunroof, it was the only car I’ve driven where you could turn round in the drivers seat and clean the rear window! I’d have one in a heartbeat but have you seen the prices?😱

That sounds like it's out on its first run since some engine work, if you have them with the rear wheels off the ground for any amount of time they tuck in like that until it settles back out again, like so many rear engined economy cars. Perhaps it's just come back from a good chunk of restoration work?
EDIT: the Fiat, that is.

You might be right. The sump and exhaust looked very clean. Might be a first shake down run hence the set up issues ect. Or they might just not have been used to driving it.

Nice, old man driven Volvo 340. You'll never get a dead horse in the back of that. One of those Corvair vans.

Wee convoy passing through Paisley this evening. Don't have a clue what the cars are though! I was worried when I first glanced at the pics and thought they were heading for the The Feegie and therefore certain death. However a more thorough look and I realised they are turning down Greenhill Road and therefore probably safe, although it is Paisley so... It's not as bad as it used to be! But still pretty bad! don't know if there would be much of a local market for 50's Vauxhall bits though! lol

Any idea what wheels are on this? Would look sweet on my metro.

Any idea what wheels are on this? Would look sweet on my metro. They look suspiciously like Weller 8 Spokes but painted to disguise their origins, and all the better for it (in my opinion).

Not a car and probably not retro either but interesting anyway, spotted at Hollingworth lake near a popular bikers pub.
