So, who has the most bhp here, and who's just a tiddler. What about power to weight ratio? And who's squeezed the most extra bang out of their motor
Here's mine:
Standard 80bhp Currently 115 BHp P/wt 157bhp per ton an increase of 35bhp over standard
I bet there's a few on here with a lot more!!

My Nymph has the standard 36 BHP which is not to bad in such a light car.
The Imp which will be mine on Sunday is about 36 BHP aswell. That will change when budget allows.

Mini 1275 GT Standard: 55 Bhp Mine: 90 Bhp ish Weight 617kg P/Wt 145.8 Bhp per ton ;D Maybe my estimation of 680kg for my car was a little OTT then.......... Maybe I should work mine out on 600kg (did a lot of weight saving + I onle had half an interior. My old Mini: Standard: 45bhp (ish) New: 105bhp P/wt: 175bhp per tonne an increase of 102.42 bhp per tonne (or 60 bhp overall)

Power : 150bhp Weight: 830kg Power to weight: 180bhp/tonne... I think That's not taking into account my huge lardarse frame, and the fact that the 16v lump is a little bit heavier than the original 1.8...

HytestA.... yeah that's good!! 140bhp is about right for a G40 with a few mods, mine was 135-140ish, they actually weigh 780kg (the 720kg was the original Mk2 G40-S, lhd only) so you're looking a little less than the power to weight quoted but still good! My Audi 90 Sport Quattro... 1200kg standard power 176bhp apparently! no mods, so power to weight is 146bhp/tonne... versus my G40's approx 175bhp/tonne - that'll be why it's not as quick

I'm only really guessing on my BHP, most mods were done before I had it. AmD chip and exhaust from previous owner. I cant think off the top of my head what BHP it was running then, I only reduced the charger pulley size a bit. So it may well be less. Ill have to get it in for a tune/service/rolling road test. Cheers for that little enlightener though Pillock. Now to get the van gunning similar power any one put a G-lader engine in a splitty yet?
