I wouldn't count on them being that rare/sought after, MG Express may do with time but the 25 will just wash away with its poor Rover history.
I originally got a 25GTI for that reason as they were only made for a year and had a massive spec for the money it was quite brisk for what it was.
I had all the van attire for mine as I was going to make a 25 GTI VVC Van but I sold it all as one lot.
Good luck with it, if its the 1.4 K I might have a head gasket in the shed you can have, I'll have a rumage as there is a few in there.

I doubt they'll ever be terribly sought after or valuable, but they only made about 400 rover and 400 MG vans so it wont be long till survivors are very rare I reckon.

I always wanted like a 45 Estate van, kinda Maestro van replacement size.

I've recently read this thread from start to finish.
Amazing stuff. Easily my fav thread on RR.
Couple of questions:
1. What do you do for a living? Totally none of my business, just curious. From what I can make out you just do the car stuff as a hobby. Does your knowledge come from your work/past work?
2. What is the deal with the tat museum? Will it actually become a museum one day?
3. When oh when will the Mas ever be finished?
4. This isn't a question but just to say I admire your patience with some of these rust buckets. The amount of work that goes into some of them is amazing. The end result is always superb. When I buy my next car I'm definitely gonna pm you first, see what you've got knocking about.
I'm officially in awe.

I don't think theres owt dodgy about the sella, I found him mega sound to deal with. He's got loads of old Fiats and lancias, a real enthusiast and a nice fella.

'ello MisterB, I've been following your thread with great joy and interest and I have a question for you; I was toying with an electric spray gun the other day but couldn't get it to give a consistent pattern, it's either full blast (which is way too much paint) or just a dribble.
And then I realised you sprayed something greenish a long time ago with a electric spray gun which looked quite right! So, how did you do it? You mention an modification?
