Thanks Paul that is going to be really useful. As would the chassis alignment chart if you can find it. I'm in Essex so the wrong side of London really.

Found the alignment charts - even includes one specifically for the estate! However it's part of a 20mb pdf, so drop me a PM & we can sort out how to get this to you

Well insurance paid out without writing it off. I have just bought some Mustang wheels for it and have fuel injection parts on their way!

So am I. Well chuffed about it. Just order a shed load of new bits and I have started rebuilding the front end and reconditioning parts. I hate rust!

Good to see another Estate on the road, pity about the damage, but look forward to the rebuild updates. I have a 67 Estate with a B20 engine fitted with overdrive. A lightened crank. Fuelie head with Volvo race part valves (possibly sodium filled). Steel timing gears, performance cam and followers. Down draught Weber on Pierce inlet manifold. Bilsteins shocks all round, I.P.D. front anti-roll bar and a performance exhaust system Will go off the clock...but can't hear the stereo!, but docile too. Was originally Dark green with a tan interior, maybe I'll take it back to it's original colour and interior one day, but for now I'm replacing the old light blue interior with a good secondhand black one. Did you sell your tan interior? Photos and updates at: www.autopendium.com/vehicles/355-1967-Volvo-Amazon-220-station-wagon-
