Just to confirm, if you want to take your car up the sprint, you need to bring license and MOT. Is an old style paper license okay, or is a new fangled photo one necessary?

Licence is licence - mines paper and it's legal entitlement to drive and good enough for courts, boys in blue, insurance companies and hire car firms The same can't be said for photocard ones and I don't have one of them nice reminder about the MOT thing ta

So "an MOT if is road registered", implies that a competition car with no plates would be OK without an MOT, is that the correct understanding? Thanks

In theory yes, I need to get this confirmed as I'm not sure what level of scrutineering is being done. So don't take it as 100% yeas at the moment, just 75% yes

Okay we've spoken to the guys doing the sprint stuff,.. and it doesn't need an MOT .. so track cars are all good. I think there is a bit of scrutineering involved just to make sure nothing really bad is happening.

Yup,.. thats what we've been told... although personally I'd like to make sure that the road going cars have an MOT. Same as it would be at RWYB at Santapod.

I think 9am to 5pm Not sure how many people are planning on running so it's hard to guage how busy it will be....... I'll be getting there as early as possible - dumping my camping gear and seeing how I get on from there - not much help I know but details are a bit thin ;D

All those seeking the slowest time award, do you know that I'll be there in the 2CV?! Dunno about an up to 1000cc, there needs to be a 700cc or below class! I might stand a chance of winning then! ;D
Wooooo! Only one sleep away!
