The majority of our work is the transportation of new Ford, Honda, Jaguar Land Rover, Peugeot, Volkswagen and Volvo cars and light commercial vehicles.
Typically, these vehicles are going to:
Promotional Events Photoshoots TV & Film work Emergency Services Approval Weekend Testdrives/Approval Dealership Demonstrations Dealership Transfers Manufacturer Sponsored Cars
Also, we regularly transport classic vehicles, both traditional and modern for a Worldwide Shipping Agent and in addition, private customers.
We have the flexibility to move one, two or three vehicles at once. We are able to cater for vehicles upto 3,200kgs in weight and upto 20ft in length.
We have the ability to winch vehicles that are unable to be started.
If you specifically want Covered Vehicle Transportation, let us know - this can be arranged.
Open Air Storage is available at our premises. 24hr manned security with CCTV ensures the security of your vehicle(s) at all times.
All of our vehicles are London Low Emission Zone compliant.
If we can be of further assistance to you, please call or email: firstname.lastname@example.org To quote a price, we'll need to know the Make, Model and Year of the car. A collection and delivery postcode. Also, if it's been lowered, let us know. As we're often out working, you may not get a reply until later on that evening so please be patient.
Typical rates are £1 per mile single car, £1.50 for two cars and £2 per mile for 3 cars. If we can fit your movement in with something else and do it for less we will do just that!
Anyone based in Horsham Crawley area? I need a LWB Shogun transporting from Cowfold, West Sussex to Rainham, Essex RM13. Ideally, Tuesday next week 24/3/09. According to the RAC route planner, it's 54.19 miles.
We are based in west central Scotland, specialising in the movement and transportation of all types of vehicle, with a particular emphasis on classics.
As classic car enthusiasts, first and foremost, and with over 25 years experience of moving classic cars, our expertise in the more unusual transportation requirements of the classic car market means that we are ideally and uniquely suited to deal with the movement of all classic, performance, modified and executive vehicles.
We cover the whole of the UK and Europe. The vehicle need not be road legal, or even mobile and we can transport stripped shells and dismantled projects too. We can provide track day support for single entrants or teams and we undertake repatriation (but not recovery).
We supply auction - both physical and online - support for both vendor and purchaser.
We provide proper Goods in Transit Insurance up to £20000. There is a small individual premium for vehicles which are of greater value. We do not use "Recovery" trucks or multi car transporters. If you got the car in to where it is now - we'll get it out.
We don't claim to have a "fleet" of transporters operating up and down the country. We do operate from business pemises and offer secure storage if required - in our locked CCTV covered yard, not our front garden.
We only use modern, safe, legal purpose built transporters (we have just this week taken delivery of a new Brian James Hi-Max trailer. Look it up on the web - it's the best there is.) We won't turn up with your car tied on to a Transit, looking like it's being taken to the scrapyard.
We prefer to use 4x4s with trailers for their flexibility. Our Brian James and Ifor Williams trailers can carry up to 2700 kgs - enough to deal with a new Range Rover.
We'll never "buy" work. Our offers will be competitive, but please bear in mind that we need to:- Pay rent and rates Buy and maintain our equipment Pay for Insurance Pay the running costs of the vehicle and driver Pay for fuel and lastly, but most importantly, make a profit (on which we have to pay tax).
If you get a cheaper quote for a like for like service, ask if they're doing all these things.
It's a bit like Ebay but in reverse .. You post up what you need shifting ( anything from a chest of drawers to a boat ) , stick up the weight , dimensions and postcodes invloved then various courier firms post up bids .
You can either accept or decline the bid depending on price etc , plus there's a feedback system on it too so you can see whether the firms who are bidding for your job are reliable or not .
You pay a small deposit through paypal which Shiply keep as their fee , then pay the remainder of the balance to the driver upon delivery .
I used it last week to shift a car and would certainly use it again.

Hi all,new on here but we've got to start somewhere(mods are very welcome to have any form of address, copies of i.d etc.).My eBay name is druslyn should you wish to check feedback.
I own two 4x4's and a fantastic twin axle trailer with a wireless 12tonne winch will pull on near enough anything, seized brakes, wheels missing,I've pulled them all.
We've had a Daimler Xkr on there,Vauxhall fronteras,merc g wagons,brand new cars,bangers,the lot.
I'm based in Swansea,South Wales and will travel anywhere in the country, could do abroad with prior notice?
Very good deals, especially for local work,I mean, ask yourself,is it worth the gamble of towing with a rope in this day and age? Did you know the car your towing with a rope/dolly even a spec should be taxed, moted and insured?the police are really clamping down on this now, frightening I know.
Contact me via pm on here's best as my mobile signals not amazing where I live but the numbers 07872079052 anyway, txt is fine.
Fully insured but if it's very high value,I'll have to inform my insurance company first.
I don't really do pence per mile etc, just the job as a whole really.
