RR08 to Santa Pod on Saturday 16th

Right then as we discussed a month or so ago who's still interested.

I thought what we can do is if you are arriving Friday night like myself and you want to go to the pod, we could leave Gaydon at around 9.30 Saturday morning and get to the pod around 10.30. I have spoken to Santa pod and they will cordon an area off for us specifically so we can all stay together. We can all do what we want for the day race spectate etc then leave the pod around 4.30 arriving back at Gaydon around 5.30 In time for the Barby
I will arrange a couple off stop off points along the way so anyone caught up in traffic can catch back up,or if anyone wants to meet and join in they can .I will probably get some maps printed up and give out so we all know where to go.If you are coming on the Saturday and want to go straight to the pod your more than welcome then just cruise back with us in the afternoon
Nothing is set in stone yet so if you have any comments let me know .
What I could do with knowing is how many there will be so I can let them know at the pod and how many maps to print up OK.
2 list would be helpful so if I can know who will be traveling from gaydon to the pod and who will be meeting us there.
