That Metro is unbelievable! Is that the middle of an MR2 wedged in there? Look at how its been chopped off! What a total deathtrap. Yep, it's MR2 and Metty in (not so!) perfect harmony! Awful. I think the basic concept has some merit, it's just not been very well executed.

Is this a pearoast? One for the Benz Mafia. 560 SECIf it ended cheap it enough it would be worth cashing in on an LPG kit ontop. Loving it's 'blowover black' spec. Could have at least done the door shuts and the slam panel

My brother used to have one of these about 7 years ago, He had it resprayed bright red and it looked brilliant. All his mates had newer honda vision scooters which were belt driven but this had a 2 speed box, It used to pull of slow then when it changed into second gear it used to take off and beat the lot of them.

Not a bad profit margin. Though blatant lies like 'I took this in part-exchange' are a bit naughty.

Mong-tego VDP with loose headlining. Back in 1985 my then-GF's dad bought one of these home the same colour as his new company car. He went over the dropped kerb as he pulled it onto the drive for the first time, and....the headlining came loose and dropped on his head. Seems it wasn't an isolated incident then! cgi.ebay.co.uk/1986-AUSTIN-MONTEGO-V-PLAS-EFI-GREEN_W0QQitemZ220248617538

Probably more of an isolated incident for a headlining to remain intact. ;D
