Hi Porsche, great to see your making headway with the polo. I've been pulling ours apart and sorting out the rot too. I've just fixed the r/h rear inner and outer wheel arch and am now working on the front end. Did you get the wings direct from Hadrian? How much did they set you back and are you happy with the fitment or will they need fettling? I might need one for the drivers side on ours but could have a bash at repairing it if they are too pricey new. I've also found rot in the inner wings behind the headlights so will be ordering more panels soon! Hows your front panel/valance? mines pretty rotten ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/sad.png)

The replacement panels I have are from Hadrian, but I have no idea of how much they cost as they came with my project Polo. They are quite a good fit though. I do need some more panels, including inner wings both sides, real wheel arches both sides and a rear valance. How did you get on with fixing the rear of your Polo?
The front valance of wine wasn't too bad, but as I had a repalcement panel that came with the car, I've replaced it anyhow. (I'll get some more photos up when I can).

I've not posted any pics up yet, but should start up a thread really. The rear end went quite well, I sorted the passenger side wheel arch and rear valance this time last year, so they just need prepping. I've just done the drivers side rear arch was a bit more awkward as I had to fab up the inner arch too. The filler neck runs up the inner arch section so it was pretty awkward to do.
I've just bought and inner wing section from Hadrian. They have it on their site as the wing mounting panel but its quite a nice big section from the bolting face down. It was only £9.70 too! I think Hadrian might have deleted their stock of wings though, they only had them on there last week too.
I'll take some photo's over the weekend and post them up next week. Looking forward to your updates.

I can't wait to see some pic's. Did you order your panels straight from their (Hadrian's) site or did you get them from a local Hardrian panel stockist?
I've also got to do the driver's side rear wheel arch and maybe fabricate a plate for the inner wheel arch.
I notice that you have a Mini Pick-up. Up until a month ago or so, I had one too. These are getting very rare now. I sold just the shell and log book of mine for £1100. Have you got any pic's of yours on the net?

I checked on the main hadrian site for the stockists and part numbers and then just contacted the stockist. Hadrian don't sell direct to customers so don't display prices, I guess it's up to the stockist to determine prices?
I'll start a new thread with some pictures of the polo and I'll pop a picture of the pick-up in there. It's a bit of a basket case to be honest, I've got 80% of the panels to complete it but never find time to do it. I kind of fell out with mini's about 7 years ago and it's been sat in the shed since then. I just keep telling myself I'll do it someday!
