I want it back! NOW!!!!!!! lol Well done for doing such a fine job with this and thanks, its so nice to see my old obsession geetting this sort of treatment, whilst still keeping some of my details. I found some more pics of it t'other night, ill get them up here when I get a chance, nothing quite like a bit of history.

Long time without an update but the car now has a fresh 1293cc a-series in. Turns out the crank had a fracture in it despite being a hardened one from the number one Mini engineering firm! But hey ho. So new crank, pistons in a freshly bored block and it's now completed run in mileage on a little 1.5" SU without the blower. This is because it's now going to be getting a Weber 45 directly on to the Eaton! Only trouble is that I'm running out of time to do this before the big International Mini Meeting which this year is in Kent, around the corner from where I live! So to solve this problem I've done what any right minded retro enthusiast would do. I've arranged to do the rebuild on my friends trade stand as part of the show! So if you'd like to come along and see me look like an idiot & do many things wrong, be sure to pop along to the ML Motorsport stand at IMM2014!

Oh, just realised that most of the photos have disappeared. Probably best to check out my Instagram for now until I can get something sorted out for hosting proper photos...
