Couldnt you have a side exit each side before the rear wheels? Or would that mean no space for silencers? Just an idea. Nightmare you don't hang around doing an awsome job cant wait to see it done no there would be no room for the boxes plus I would have to lift the car to get the pipe under the chassis to be able to exit it there. the header plugs are about half way down the car and it will be using 3" competition series Hooker aerochambers

spent all day today having a good clean up down the workshop as space was getting silly down there so sadly no real work done on the car today but things are now able to progress much quicker with added space made even a bit of room for evilgeds humber now instead of it sitting out in the rain all the time pretty much the olny job i did do on the car today was to remove the fuel tank this will need to be replaced with on that will fit in the middle but i still want to keep the filler in the stock place so it looks like i'll have to look at getting one made and lastly while on a tea break ged decided to supervise count pandamoniums trial fit of my ARE's as he just found his car shares the same stud pattern as the tina 5x4.5" ;D

Those wheels are sick! Will suit the Tina nicely! cheer's the wheels looked really good when they were fitted to my mk3 van so i'm hoping they will look equally as good if not better on the estate one of the parts of the clean up at the workshop involved bringing the engine home for its rebuild so tonight I have been digging out all the parts for the engine: forged pistons forged 4340 steel 347ci stroker crankshaft forged 4340steel H beam rods and a billet flywheel amongst some other nice new bits now the fun bit of building up the engine can begin ;D

day nine started out fine but turned into a disaster when i hit my hand with the hammer instead of the bolster i was using to remove the old rotten bumper mount resulting in 3 hours wasted waiting around in A&E to see if it had broken my hand

Very tidy work on the tail pipe exits. Not so tidy work on the hand though. Seem to be getting on well without use of both hands.
John.

Seem to be getting on well without use of both hands. John. cheer's yeah it seem's to be one of those years for damaging my hands this year it not been to bad today just a big bruise were my hand used to be but it still seems to work ok once I strapped it up a bit to save hitting it again ;D ;D I really shouldn't be aloud near large hammers ;D

Looking forward to seeing the 'tina in paint, color looks great. Quality work as ever, it's reassuring to see someone that capable still doing the classic hammer stunt - possibly my only 'I could do that' moment of this thread.lol.

top work! Just read this all the way through. Don't fancy coming and doing my estate do you? There would be biscuits, and tea.
