no. 32valves 8 cylinders a v12 wouldn't go in without having cut alot of the bulk head away and i'm not keen on 12 cylinder engines plus the engine i'm getting is free ;D Toymota perhaps ?  ;D hmm could be ;D ;D  |

don't mind me but if your jusnking the old engine what are you doing with the gearbox? (assume its a V6 manual box not an autospastic)

the box is a 5 speed v6 box but it may have a new home if not i'll let you know |

just recived my new hood scoop for the estate now i can actually fit an air filter ;D plus it should give car back a little bit of attitude it will be going on a different better bonnet as the one currently fitted is a bit on the shabby side . the scoop is a genuine roush performance one that go on the 2005 mustangs. i think the shape works very well with the cortina's bonnet and its not to big that it gets in the way . :  :  :  :  :  :  |

cheer's guys . got the bonnet cut and the underside painted tonight to match the rest of the engine bay will be painting the top side in the morning ready to go on Sunday . then all I have to do is wait for the new air filter to turn up :  :  :  :  |

I'm not usually a fan of bonnet scoops but that does suit well, will the bonnet be the same colour as the body on the top side?
