had a nice little number to do on a golf cab mk3.5 over the weekend, resulted in alot of paint being left over..
joking around with 'the boy painter Chris' he suggested painting my roof..? 1 1/2 hours later.. a black roof
sorry for the poor pic..


always loved the look of airbrushed work, I had planned to get the fuel filler flap sorted at some point, thought strike while the irons hot after the roof...


the work was done by a local lad, Eric.. some of the work he has done is unreal! amazing

I dropped it off at around 1,30pm today.. its was ready to be picked up by 6pm!! top job!
and real cheap to at £30.. (plus I slipped him a tenner tip)

well you know, I've toyed with fitting different bumpers..
I really like the RS2 bumpers.. but its not an RS2, same goes for S2's..
not to sure off the top of my head on how the coupe ones look... maybe time for a bit of 'google foo',

Saw this a couple of hours ago! Was down at my ol' man's workshop fitting new alloys to the MR2 and you were parked opposite... I knew I recognised that petrol cap from somewhere!

One of my most favourite cars ever, this one is an absolute beaut pal, i decked mine 60mm, put on a fat set of 17"s then stuck on a roof box and loaded it up to do a trouble free run from Belfast to Barcelona!!!!

been a while since I updated this..
been trying to make the interior a little different, few Ideas from here and there..
had the fuel cap redone due to some idiot damaging it..





had a little play in the boot, and with the headlining, a couple of years worth of throwing my bike in had damaged it badly, I did try to cover it in black PVC, but it just wouldn't stick... so hit it up with some old chopper, BMX custom car mag pic's.. turned out nice I think

Tidy. I used to have an 80 saloon - 16v sport. Fantastic car, much better than the a4 I replaced it with and the a4 that replaced that...

I haven't had her remapped yet, before I was running cheaper big nozzles combined with to much boost, this gave great power, but short head gasket life (changing it every couple of months!)..
At the moment it's running standard boost and injectors, I'm currently building a new engine, matched ports flowed head etc.. Hopefully with a better headgasket it'll handle things more reliably? I have some .230 nozzles plus looking at turbo options (360 bearing t2).. Once I'm ready I'll get a local firm, MRC, to remap her.. The engine should? Be ready end of sept, I do want it quicker, but.. I use her to travel far and wide for riding my bike, so I need to be able to count on her getting me home..
