....but our Fuehrer wants us to lounge about discussing Kant and Descartes with a couple of films thrown in. IF I'm going to tow the bloody course up to Sparkford (if I can borrow it!!) and risk the wrath of Mr. Hotwire ( ) I'm going to need at least thirty competitors which means it will need official approval n'est pas? Time for you guys to lobby the management ;D ;D ;D

The Belgian contingent will be adding a selection of the brews - I don't drink it myself - so it'll be safe in transit. Anyone wanting a specific kriek, blanche or any of the trappist stuff etc... - just PM me.
I'm sure the evening will just 'unfold' as it always does. We'll be like kids in a candy shop ;D

Are there belgian hypermarches where you can get massive bulk discounts on duvel? FWIW, I'm a believer in British beer, just I flirt with the foreign stuff sometimes.

Can I suggest that the devotees of the "Making my own beer" thread all bring a few bottles of their brews?

Sorry, haven't read much of this post, but I'm a broadcast engineer so I can set up a cinema if we can source power, a projector, a screen and a DVD player/VHS? (hopefully my ride will be up and running by then as well)
