I thought the Peerless would have taken longer to get! You're good!
A clue about the bottom one, it is a prototype that was never produced, it is not American but has a V8 and 2 speed automatic transmission. It has a flip front for access to the engine bay.

If that is a early '50s Kaiser then it is no coincidence. They were an unashamed ripoff. I just love it. The V8 in the prototype went on to power a range of small trucks, and I believe it was also sold as a marine motor. I would love to build a replica using one of the truck V8s. I would stick a 3 or 4 speed box in it though. And series 2 rack and pinion. along with probably series 1 IFS and disc brake rear end. Nice!

curse word, it didn't work! Let's try again. Pretty distinctive don't you think? I will come clean on the prototype. It was Volvo prototype called project Philip. It was eventually dumped in favour of the Amazon.
