Seat pan, floor, wheel arch and outer step now all fully welded and a little 'sculpture' on the front grill surround. (needs a little more work yet)
The rachet strap was neccesary to square up the door aperture back to the correct measure while I welded in the arch, floor and step.
So, we're almost done on this side now. Just the inner step and front reinforcing panel to fit, along with a couple of small repairs further up the 'A' post. Then we'll flip it over and do it all again on the passenger side!
Wow, just checked this thread after you commented on my 205. Thats some great work there, really like the idea behind it! And it looked good in ots new/old livery too! The epitome of a Retro Ride if you ask me

Nah mate, this was the really rottern one. The other is in much better condition than this was, but by no means perfect. The previous 'make over' is starting to look old now, hence why we're doing this one up
