alright, theres a pub just off of handy cross roundabout (j4 high wycombe for those who don't know) but its been a while since Ive been there (like 5 years!) so Ill pop past and make sure its still there, still a pub, and suitable. Sound good? Hope you're not thinking of The Turnpike as it's closed down ;D Sounds like the one on the road down to Marlow just off Handy Cross. There's a lay-by close to it, and I think the car-park is a fair size. I'd also be interested in coming down as I work nearby. |

yarp, don't know its current name, but Sowens on the right track. Will pop by there on sunday with any luck  don't know if its any good or not, but its easy to find and used to be alright! |

Mark, that pub sounds good!
Not a bad pub, been there a few times.
There is one near me, just off J3 (a curse word for those comming south i know) in wooburn that has a good sized car park.

sorry guys, been busy with various issues, not least getting the senator MOTd for the gathering! Megzy, only problem with those two is theres no convenient place to dive if the weather sucks! Shall we set a date? I'm not sure what shows are coming up soon for people? Last sunday in august.... 30th? |
