Nice buy there.My mate loves commers he has a 1960s commer camper i will get a photo of it.He also has a larger 1960s morris camper like your a bit but larger needs some work he thinking of selling that one.

Just make sure the interior light works. Turning up at a secluded car park and having no means to signal would be a nightmare.

Nice buy!, I used to play in a luton version of one of these as kid as there was one in the field up the road from parents house.
Always had a soft spot for them since, Would much more perfer a Commer PB over a VW, There's one the same as yours sitting on a driveway just round the corner from me has it happens, It hasn't moved for years.

There's one the same as yours sitting on a driveway just round the corner from me has it happens, It hasn't moved for years. I know of one not too far from me too, but it's looking grubby. |

Are you planning an engine conversion? These are dog slow and still only get about 17 mpg with the standard engine - I can imagine with an Imp behind it, it'd barely move! Don't get me wrong, I love them to bits, but I think a bit more go is in order......

Engine conversion? Maybe one day but not for a very long time as too much else to do. Quite fancy a modern Ford TD plus Sierra 5 sp box. One day ..........................................
