1995 Audi 80 2.0E Avant117k 11 Months MOT 5 Months Tax All the history, old MOTs etc including the original book pack. Usual stuff: PAS Electric Windows Electric Sunroof (Well posh - Tilt AND Slide) Electric Mirrors Central Locking Other Stuff: Custom trimmed interior pillars 9x16 Borbet Ts 215/40/16 Goodyear Eagle F1s FK Konigsport Coilovers Recent Genuine Audi Exhaust system, Bosch battery, Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres, Bosch wiper blades. Has been faultless while I've owned it. Have used it for what I bought it for (clearing out a house I'd bought and to take bikes on a cycling holiday to Wales) and no longer really need it. Happily does 35mpg. Will genuinely be sad to see it go, I haven't owned anything that's ever attracted as much attention as this does. Pics genuinely don't do it justice - it looks like a hovercraft when rolling. Pics: More: www.stenelson.co.uk/haitiSOLD

Always loved your cars Ste. Your E30 24V on TH's is just up there as one of my faves along with Damo's S50 engined touring (you guys have the attention to detail nailed!)
This looks to be no exception and I am sure whoever buys it will be a very happy person. Lovely looking motor....good luck with the sale.

Many thanks Bruce. I can't take much credit for this one, when I brought it, it was practically as it is now. I've just cleaned it, fixed a few niggles and driven it about.

Unfortunately nobody seems to make a cheap set of Coilovers for the 80.
The FKs on this were £800 or so. Really I could take them off and sell them, sell the wheels and few little bits and bobs from it and make more than I'm asking for the entire car - would be a shame though IMHO. I only MOt'd it last month and it's much too good to break.

Cheers. It actually sits better than it looks in the photos as it's obviously on a slope. I should really get some pics on the flat to show how good it actually looks. Pics here from when the previous owner had it possibly show it slightly better: The car's much cleaner and tidier now though and the niggly problems sorted. Choice of Stereos available too - I have a Blaupunkt that came in it that suits the dash or currently it has a Kenwood with iPod input - happy to swap in either for the buyer. Taxed and Mot'd, has a full tank of fuel and is ready to drive away. .

I'm near Horsham. Ride isn't that harsh considering how low it is. It depends what you're used to obviously. It's a very slammed car on coilovers. Ground clearance? Not much. It will smash Cat's Eyes out of the road so it's best avoiding them. I've had lots of low cars but this is beyond most. The coilovers are at the bottom and the springs are shorter than standard. You need to see it moving to realise how low it is - it looks like it's laying frame on air and you do get sparks from the exhaust. People stare and people in cars alongside film it on their phones as you roll along. Last weekend I had a fast approaching immaculate Porsche 930 slow down next to me on the M40. The 2 guys in it were grinning away and gave me the thumbs up and the passenger shouted "Too Fly!". I bet there aren't many Audi 80 Estates that Porsche Turbo drivers slow down to gawp at. It's lots of fun but if it's not your thing you're probably looking at the wrong car, although obviously the coilovers can be wound up to a more sensible (still low) height. Lots of interest but still here - will give much more than a grand's worth of fun.

Would probably prefer the cash - send me details of the Mk2 though please.
I had a nugget Corrado that apparently now has a 1.8T in it, possibly yours?

And I've got a bloody annoying lip at the end of my drive. When I lowered my last bug it had just over an inch ground clearance but I couldn't get it off the drive. Sounds like it might be too low for my driveway Are you around in the evenings for me to come and have a look?
